How do you politely turn down a guy you've hung out with a few times, that has expressed interest in you, but you don't reciprocate?

Give the "emotionally available" excuse...just tell him that right now you are not ready to be involved with anyone...you are taking time to "find yourself"

I swear...guys rarely express interest in me, and when one does, its someone I have absolutely no desire to date at all! Ugh!

I kind of suspicioned that he had a crush on me, but didn't think too much of it, until a friend emailed letting me know that this guy has had a crush on me for a month atleast.

And just so I don't sound like a picky snob, my reasons for not dating him are as follows:

He is Bi-Polar(my ex was too and I just can't deal with that right now), he still lives at home with his parents(he is 27 yrs old and has never moved out) and he currently is unemployed.
