Customer Service

i noticed in another thread some said they had issues with customer service. just curious what everyones experience has been.

i have always had great customer service. when i was there yesterday i was asked many times if i needed help finding something. but not in that annoying-im-following-you-around kinda of way. and when my 7 month old bumped his head an associate heard him crying and came over to make sure he was okay.

I shop there 2-3 times each week. We almost always have a positive experience there. :)

I've always had a great experience there. You never have to go far to find an associate if you need help and they always help you right away.

that has always been my experience too, unlike other places where you wonder if anyone works there!

I can actually say I haven't had a bad experience yet with customer service..which is actually amazing since I live in NJ where being rude &having attitude is just our thing!

Everyone has been pleasant and I've been a regular shopper since they built one in my area!

I don't usually shop at Target; because I had to go hours in to another town to shop at Target;

I have had some encounters with rudeness.....however; rudeness seems to be an issue at all stores in my opinion......when I find a friendly helpful store I usually stick with it.

I've never had any bad experiences with the employees at Target.  It's usually not hard to find someone and when you do they are always willing to help.  I've asked them to check for things in the back that weren't on the selling floor and they have brought them out to me.  I've also had them help me get things down from the overhead shelf when I couldn't reach it.  It's not like at other stores where if you ask someone for help they act like you are bothering them.

Target,and toys r us do that,Walmart here stinks big time!
