Do you use the English or Continental method?

I taught myself how to do the English method from a book. Now I am trying to learn the Continental method. I am getting better at the knit stitch, but the purl stitch is being a huge challenge.

The English method for me.  I should try to learn the other way, it would go faster.

Good for you learning it!

English, except when knitting backwards for entrelac. However, I do twist the stitches funny, so there's some terminology that everyone always tells me I'm getting wrong for what I REALLY do.
