Hey Everybody! How is your weekend going soo far!!!!!

 Hello, I was just wondering how you all were enjoying yourselves this weekend?  Tomorrow we are gonna have a bbq since my sister and her family and my parents just got back from vacation so today I was getting everything ready!  How about you guys!  Did anybody grill today??

I grilled and had a great day. We are settign off fireworks at around 9pm. WOO HOO!!!

I don't want to bum ya all out, but my weekend sucked! I'm glad everyone is having an awesome weekend. :)

We had grilled hamburgers and watched the neighbors shoot fireworks

The weekend started okay.   My son was in one our town parades; he was color guard for his explorer group.  Came home washed cars and lawn furniture.  Dog mildly upset at start of Fireworks.  Left to pick up my son from the BBQ the participants of the parade were at.  Went to get a bit to eat ourselves.  Came home.  And then the fun began.

Dog must have been very upset about fireworks or not coming.  She riped the 1x6x8 board off the wall of my kitchen along with the molding.  It's amazing that she didn't get a nail in her foot. Or have the board fall on her.  If I didn't just pay for her ACL surgery 10 weeks ago I think I would have killed her.  Hubby got all material need and we now have a new frame and molding.  So tomorrow I will be painting.

For those of us with dogs that can't stand the fireworks this is not an enjoyable day.  I wonder if I recorded all her barking and then played it from a loud speaker how my neighbors would enjoy it.  So at the moment my husband is driving the parkway so that she gets away from the noise and can get some piece.  For all of us.  So he's there and I'm here.

My 9 month old kittens are hiding under the dining room server.

we grilled out, and had family and friends over for hamburgers and a swim. Then we came inside when everyone left and we took a nap. LOL

We didn't have time to grill today, although I was hoping to.  Frozen pizza today, maybe grill tomorrow?
