Amigurumi's are the Japanese art of crocheting or knitting cute characters, such as small animals and stuffed toys. Amigurumi literally means a crocheted stuffed toy, it's fast, fabulous and fun for all. They are typically cute animals, where you can add your own personal touch with facial features, buttons, ribbons, etc. Even well known cartoon characters have been transformed into Ami patterns!
Amis. can be made with only basic crochet skills and are simple and quick to make. Use up yarn scraps to create individual color combinations. They're small and easy to take along for the perfect project or gift on the go. Once you try it you'll be hooked, we are!

We now have regular crocheting as well, in fact we have ongoing CAL's (Crochet-A-Long) every month, not just in ami's,. So come on and take a look and see if that's something you'd like to do.

We also enjoy our Pen Pals, ya know our Forever Friends, who doesn't love those? When you ask for or already have your Pen Pal to swap with or to send cards, etc, you will do that each time we do a swap via mail or to send to on your own.

We'll celebrate not just online but thru the mail: birthdays, help in swap projects as friends do, also some challenges and charity help as well. I believe this is a great way to make friends with others who love to crochet as much as I do and make life long forever friends!. We also have our SMH, Snail Mail Hookers, we all love receiving goodies, cards, etc in the mail, right?
