Constipation issues

Johnathan has has cons. for as long as I can remember a couple yrs ago I took him to a Ped Gastro. and he put him on glycolax which is the same as that meiralax they are selling everywhere now anyhoo weve used it for the last 2 yrs it works great but its sooo hard to get just a normal poop its either running down his legs or still to hard ive talked   to the dr about it over and over they really dont have a clue I was just wondering if anyone else had this happen or do you know something natural that helps were trying to potty train him I have him peepeeing now but I dont know what to do about the poopin lol I have taken him off nearly all dairy he gets alot of fiber but its really hard to get veg's and fruit down him besides bananas and a couple small bites of apple any help would be accepted

My son went through that about a year ago.  He had x-rays and the doc said he had an intestinal blockage and prescribed Miralax.  Truthfully, I just give it to him when I notice that he hasn't had a regular Bowel Movement.   He was having runny stool with the Miralax.  Now he is doingmuch better and the stool are more regular and not too runny.  However, he has had yellow soft stool and the doc. has no idea why.  I still amd trying to figure that one out .
