hello my son matthew has adhd we seem to be doing ok but time get hard and we do the best HE is foxlin xr 20 mg in the morning then 5 mg in the afternoon |

hi, my daughter who is 9 was going through adhd and odd ,with mini explosion the doctor put her on concerta,zoloft, geodon her fits was getting worse, so i found a childrenpsychiatrists i was telling her about my daughter behavior its like i couldn"t control her, so she said my daughter has bypolor change her meds, she is doing so great , im pround of her. she listrening ,doing her homework ... iwas crying half the time until i meet this doctor she done alot,i knw iwas desperate, |

info your children have rights call child disability adivoca in your area you have rights this is a volenteer servic with lawers some times they can help protect your children with disabiltys |

Hello, Im new to the group, my name is Samantha and I am mommy to 4 beautiful children. Two boys and two girls. My boys both have ADHD and we dont know yet if the girls will or not.We just started treating the boys with meds this year and really I have no clue what I am doing. I hope to learn alot here and also make some new friends. |

Hi I'm new here I have a 9 y/o with ADHD and ODD he has been on meds for 4 years now and we have been thru every thing from A-Z no joke he's on vyvance now we have litaraly tried them all with no luck and now the DR wants to lower the dose on it b/c of mood swings.I look forward to having someone to talk to who know what we're going thru. |

I have read where a couple of you have children on the patch. I have a 15 year old on concerta 36mg. He refuses to up his meds. He says it makes him feel depressed. Has anyone heard of this. I know it makes him jittery. You must know that he has been on the same mg for 4 years. His teachers want more. I was just wondering how the patch works. He likes the idea of taking it off and then the flow stops. What are your experiences with it? |

k so I'm 18 years old and a student in college and I chose to write on what I know for my speech class which is ADHD. I'm writing my last speech, its about schools and not accepting an ADHD child. Has anyone had any issues with schools public schools, making things harder for your child or your self(if your around my age) I'm having serious trouble with this. |
