they stopped working

robert went from maybe 1 or 2 notes a week to these last 2 weeks hes only got 1 good note teachers complaining hes not focusing hes not listening and hes doing the samething at home hes on foclin half pill 3x a day and it doesnt seem to be working yet

how long has he been on his current dose?   maybe time for an increase or change

 okay.. not very long... but sometimes they start a really low dose and it has to be increased  as his body adjusts to it.

yeah doc just increased to 5mg in morning 1/2 tab at noon and 4 for a week see how that works if not we are off to the docs

have you tried intuniv?    i have to say they my son started on foclin    it stoped working really fast.  they have him on  deprestin pill for night time  witch helps him sleep  and intuniv during the day

no im new to adhd so no we havent tried music therphy???? and foclin is the only meds we have tired he wants to see for a week how this works then if it doesnt do much better we have to go in to be re evalutated

The med game is hard. A lot of kids adjust to the stimulants really fast.

yeah hes 5 he will be 6 in may
