LOOKING FOR HELP WITH HIGH SCHOOLS AND PRE-SCHOOLS!

Hello Ladies,

i am relatively new to the charlotte area..i have a 13 year old and a 3 year old...I have two dilemmas..well not real dilemmas but decisions to make..THE FIRST..my son will be going to high school and i have to make decision of the best high schools..so, i am looking on any opinions on the local high schools..currently he is at Randolph Middle in the IB program..as long as he keeps his grades up he can go to East MECK and stay in the IB programs..so, how is EAST MECK..i was also considering BUTLER or the NEW TECHNOLOGY SCHOOLS AT GARINGER...so, any opinions or knowledge would be appreciated..

Also, i enrolled my 3 year in the school system as well...i was looking at the montesorri programs...ANYBODY HAVE INFO ON THOSE...currently she goes 3 days a week at Garr Christian...but for the same money i pay 3 days a week..she can go one of the montesorri schools for 5 days a week..i was also looking into some of the Accerlated Learning schools..LIKE VILLA HEIGHTS and the Arts schools because she is very much into drama and dance..and i could get her started early..so, my dilemma with her is..whether to keep her at GARR for PRE-K..and start her fresh in one of the Charlotte-MECK programs in Kindergarten..or try them now..i dont wanna do too much switching of schools..So, i guess i am asking for some insight on the Montessori schools in the Charlotte MEck public schools..and there magnet programs at the elementary level..ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!
