I know how hard it is to change eating habits. However, it is soooo much easier when you have the solid ground of good, healthy, and YUMMY recpies to introduce your family to. This is the place to share healthy meals and ideas with each other. Finding alternatives to the greasy fat filled American diet, and instilling in our children good eating habits. I don't want my kids addicted to fast food, as a matter of fact, I want to teach them that kind of food is undesirable, and it is for their health and brain chemistry.
