HOW DO I FIX BLUR IN PHOTOS? BELOW IS AN EXAMPLE OF A PHOTO I WANT FIXED. TAKE THE BLUR OUT. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

This is the best I could do. I used Digital camera noise removal,a sharpen brush and smart photo fix. Not sure what you are using but I used Paint Shop Pro to do it! I know it doesn't look perfect but I still have not found a great way to unblur that doesn't make the photo look totally weird!
