- Theme Titles: Can be confusing to some, PLEASE read the "This Week's Theme" announcement as it will explain in detail what is expected from each theme. If you still have questions, you may leave a reply in the "This Week's Theme" announement post OR you may PM myself or PrincessZ20 for clarification.
- Theme Suggestions: We've had a drop in participation lately and we can't help but wonder if it's due to the themes we have been posting. If you have ideas you would like to see in the main contest PLEASE post a suggestion in our "Theme Suggestions" announcement post. We DO read these suggestions and use them when we can.
- Calendar: We've decided to utilize the group Calendar function by posting what the upcoming themes will be. If you go to the calendar you will see the title of the theme on the Friday in which it will begin. This will give you all as much heads up as we can possibly give you. There are times we don't decide a theme until the Friday we post it, but if we decide ahead of time, it will be added to the calendar. This should give more of you ample time to take new photos if you don't already have one to fit the theme.
- Participation: Please take the time to participate in the group on a weekly basis. We have over 80 members and barely 20 of you are participating. The way the group is ran, you are not required to be online and in the group daily. Once a week to vote and enter is plenty. When we don't get enough entries the contests can seem a bit dull and unfair to the participants who do participate on a regular basis.
- Contest: In order to boost participation and moral of the group, we've decided to run a referral contest. Please invite your friends to the group. Make sure they state in their application that they were referred by your screen name. If after 30 days both you AND the person you referred are actively submitting pictures and voting, you will BOTH be entered in a drawing for a $5 gift certificate to the online photo site of your choice!
