Ive traveled alot recently, with my home being in Idaho and my hubby being a marine stationed in North Carolina. by plane & car. if you have a portable dvd player, it helps the hours fly by. also, bring lots of snacks, goldfish, gram crackers ect. not anything with too much sugar. try not to give her too much juice or anything liquid or else you'll be making trips to the restroom every half hour instead of getting to your destination. their favorite toy is essential. if your staying at a hotel on the way, make sure they have their own pillow and blaket. it can be hard for a child to sleep in an unfamilure place. oh, and if you turn a dvd cover inside out and put it back in with the white side facing, you'll have a whiteboard that she can play tic tac toe and hang man and doodle with.
