Natural ways to start labor

I am 9 days over due and my contractions have not started and i am so frustrated. it is getting hard too take care of my kids. Give me advice on how to start labor

I've heard taking one or two cap fulls of castor oil will do the trick.  Worked for my brothers girlfriend and a couple of other moms I know.  Also I've heard having sex can bring on labor but you have to orgasm and he has to cum in you.  I've heard a couple of other remedies but can't remember them right now.  Hope this helps, Good Luck:)

Here is the birth story


I had been experiencing contractions on and off and i call my midwife and she said try sexual intercourse.So we did. AFTER THAT COTRACTIONS BECAME CLOSE AND UNCOMFORTABLE. So we labor danced for about 2 hours. It helps pass the time and helps contractions. But eventually that is boring so i take a bath with my husband. As soon as we get in the tub contractions build fast and i feel a pop and a kick and then there is blood tingled mucus in the tub and i realize my water just broke. Know i decide to go to the birth center. The ride their was uncomfortable. And the contractions were unbearable. eventually i start screaming and kicking until we get to the birthing center. We we get their i immeaditly wen to get on the birth ball. But that is so uncomfortable. Soon i just wan this to be over with and with the next contraction i break down and cry because of the pain. Ryan(my husband) gently's rubs my back and i cry for two or three Moor contractions before they make me get up and walk around. When i stand up i get a strong urge to push. So i get in the tub. I push for 6 hours with no result. SO i get out and use they squat bar. i squat and hang on to a towel and with in 5hours i have Brooke Marie Kate Rose Sanchez.. After her i have to lay on my back to push the next baby out that took 4 hoers. Her name is Erika Rose Marie Sanchez.

when i delivered the placenta it was more painful then birth. My midwife try moving the cord an pushing on my stomach without success. So she does i manually. She sticks BOTH hands in my VAGINA AND I SCRAM KICKA ND CRY THAT WAS UNBEABILY PAINFUL. 45 minutes later she pulls out placenta. After that i get to breastfeed both babies.

Congratualtions on the birth of your babies!!!  That is one hell of a birth story!  You are a birth warrior.  I had both my boys naturally and if I could go back I'd do it all again.  It's the most pain I've ever been in but giving birth is also the fastest forgotten pain.  You must have been exhausted after all that pushing though, hope you are getting some much needed rest.

yeah i pushed for  15 hours not inculding the hour i pushed teing to get the palcenta out. in the end though the pain was all worth it. I would do it  amillion times over for my baies

i pushed for 15 hours but it was all worth it. The babies are healty and so am i so it was a win win situation.

tahnks i am getting rest my husband two 6 weeks off of work to take care of the kids beacue i need to rest i got fourht degree tears. I tore when baby b was coming out.
