Follow the instructions below to print the Helping Hand and upload your  photo. Each day you add a photo, you'll be entered to win your choice of $500 or a $500 donation to Feeding America.*

Here's how to enter:

1.  Open and print the Helping Hand.

2. Take a picture with The Helping Hand

Snap a photo of you holding the hand, or DH holding the hand, or your kids holding the hand, or you holding your kids holding the hand. You get the picture.  Find a fun or unusual place to take your photo. Have fun and be creative.

3. Add your photo to the Helping Hand album
