Weighing yourself everyday can get a little discouraging. Try to remember that it's normal for your weight to fluctuate a couple of pounds. Also take into consideration that the food you ate yesterday may have been high in sodium which can cause you to retain water.

You would have had to eat 3500 calories over your daily maintain calories in order to gain back 1 pound. So more than likely it's water retention.

I dont think I ate that much. My maintain calories is 2025 I think it said. I only had two pieces which was probaby 800 calories total. Ill loose the weight. Either way that puts my weight loss at 3lbs still for this week. :)

You said you are 5'1 right?? I may be thinking of someone else.lol But your maintain calories I don't think should be that high.  I would think at 5'1 it should be much lower

It really sounds like it's water retention. Up your water and keep today low in sodium.
