What You Need

2 large tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
6 oz.  KRAFT Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese, cut into 6 slices
1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
1 large  red onion, cut into 6 slices
1 seedless cucumber, cut into 12 slices
6   fresh basil leaves

Make It

 

PLACE 6 tomato slices on platter; top each with 1 cheese slice. Drizzle with half the dressing.

TOP each stack with 1 onion slice, 2 cucumber slices and second tomato slice.

DRIZZLE with remaining dressing; top with basil.

Substitute
Prepare using 6 KRAFT Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese Slices.
Serving Suggestion
These great-tasting appetizers are sure to be a hit at your next party. Just make sure to prepare enough so that each guest gets one!
Greek Vegetable Stacker
Substitute 1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese for the mozzarella cheese and KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette with Feta Cheese and Oregano Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil for the Italian dressing. Substitute 2 Tbsp. chopped mint for the basil.

Fantastic Grilled Corn on the Cob recipe

What You Need

4 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed
1/4 cup  butter, softened
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp.  chopped fresh parsley

Make It

HEAT grill to medium-high heat.

RINSE corn under cold water; wrap individually in foil.

GRILL 15 to 20 min. or until tender, turning occasionally.

MIX remaining ingredients; spread onto corn.

Serving Suggestion
For a great summer meal, serve corn with grilled chicken breasts and a fresh fruit salad.
Food Facts
Remove hot foil-wrapped corn from the grill and stack on a platter. This will help the corn to stay warm longer. Then, let each guest select their own ear of corn and spread it with the butter mixture immediately after removing the foil.
Flavored Butter Variations
Barbecue Butter: Substitute 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce for the cheese and parsley. Caesar Butter: Substitute 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing for the cheese and parsley. Grilled Chicken & Vegetables Parmesan recipe

What You Need
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)
4   ears corn on the cob
1 large onion, cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
1   red pepper, quartered lengthwise
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
2 Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

 

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Brush chicken and vegetables with 2 Tbsp. of the dressing.

GRILL chicken and vegetables 12 to 14 min. or until chicken is cooked through (165ºF) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning after 7 min. and brushing with the remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing.

DIVIDE evenly among four serving plates. Sprinkle evenly with cheese.

Substitute
Substitute a red onion for the yellow onion and/or a yellow or green pepper for the red pepper.
Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot cooked brown rice.

I know it looks so good.  I am having a brain fart and cant remember what all is in season right now lol.
