pie question

I'm wondering how you store a pie after it's baked.  In the refrigerator or on the counter, how do you get the top crust from not getting soggy??

I store mine in the fridge.  I have a cover for my pie plate that I always use.  Unless the pie has a lot of liquid, I don't have trouble with the top crust getting too soggy.

Wait until it is cooled, then cover and store in the fridge. I make them the day before they are needed.

If you store it before it is completely cooled, there will be more condensation.

I usually just put plastic wrap over the pie plate and keep on the counter.  Haven't had any problems with crusts getting soggy even 3-4 days later.  I have kept them in the fridge before too, same thing just covered with plastic wrap.  But the counter works just as well if you are out of fridge space.
