does anyone still use a bread machine?

 I just pulled mine out after a 5 year hiatus, lol...made a loaf of whole wheat and wondered why i ever put this thing on a shelf

 I was at Goodwill Friday and they had a ton of them for $5-10 and they give a 10 day guarantee to make sure they work. I got mine there 5 years ago after the one I paid $70 for lost the little paddle and the company couldnt replace it

 Goodwill is an awesome place to get housewares... I picked up a huge heavy copper bottomed cooking pot for $4 and a toaster oven for $5...you should go!

I want to start making my own whole wheat bread sooo bad! I wonder how many calories are in it though..do you know?

Either way I think not having so many preservatives in my bread would be a good thing
