Which is your preference between light or dark brown sugar? Is there a particular reason?
It depends on what I am baking. I like dark brown in my chocolate chip cookies though because it makes them chewier.
I always buy light. Not sure why, I just do.
I don't think I've ever used dark. I don't know why. I've just always purchased light.

light no real reason its just what I have always used
I prefer light but Im buying dark for a recipe that was posted in here that I want to try.
