So Monday (July 30th) is National Cheesecake Day! I usually ignore those but since I love cheesecake I think I am going to make a cheesecake/cheesecake brownies/bars (or something!) and bring it to work. It also happens to be the day a lot of our staff comes back to work after the summer so it works out well.
Anyways, any favorite cheesecake recipes?? I am always looking to try something new.

If you like Cheesecake Factory they are making them half off that day
