I bought some apple sauce locally that was made with Pink Pearl Apples.  It is so good.  Very simple ingredients...... apples, sugar, water  in that order LOL.  Bad thing about it being homemade i do not know how much sugar is in it for my guys carb counting.

I've never heard of the pink pearl apples.  They look cool.

I've heard of these, but I've never seen the inside of them.  Very pretty!

They are suprisingly very tasty as well.  I am loving the apple sauce we bought made from them.
