Crazy me... I decided tonight around 8 pm to make some laminated dough. Basically the same stuff used for Puff pastry and Croissants. When I got ready to shape them (not my best job at that) I decided to smear them with a thin layer of butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before rolling them into their shapes. They smell good. A little rising as the oven warms up and bake them. Croissants for breakfast.
