I used two eggs instead of the three my recipe called for, because that's all I had, it cooked nicely and barely wiggles but it hasn't set yet. If you cut into it it's syrupy in the middle. I took it out an hour ago and just out it in the fridge. Is there any hope it will set?

My two eggs were large brown eggs so maybe that makes up for the one small missing white egg.

I made my first, the recipe said it will take about 3 hours to set.
