Hello Everyone,

I need simple savory baked goods. Something you might use in a party for a special occasion. I'd also appreciate it if it can be made ahead.

I plan on making quiche, but I would lover anything simpler.

Cocktail riblets

Ingredients:

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup ketchup

1/4 cup light brown sugar

1/4 cup teriyaki marinade

1/4 cup honey

2 cloves garlic, minced

3 pounds pork loin riblets

1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine orange juice, ketchup, brown sugar, teriyaki , honey and garlic in medium saucepan. Cool over medium high until mixture comes to boil.

2. Arrange riblets in a single. Layer jelly roll pan.3. Pour sauce evenly over riblets. Bake turning twice during baking until sauce is bubbly and thickened and riblets are golden, 55-65 min.

Serve warm

( I always make this for thanksgiving and the go like hot cakes!)

Thank you, ladies.

Actually, I was thinking about baked stuff like gougers or savory muffins, but I need ideas---and recipes
