I have baked cookies, etc. but generally around the holidays. I just brought some in for people because I felt like baking that day and then they asked if I would bake it for their holiday party, etc.
I bake for a local bead & breakfast in town she always orders an assortment of different flavors of sugar-free cupcakes I make. and I bake for the local library bake sale. From what i gathered here in my state it needs to be a total stainless steel kitchen for a business. I've never really looked fully into it.
