our local fair is coming up in sept. i just got the fair book on the divisions and rules. and they finally added a cupcake one.
i need ideas on some cupcakes.
i only enter 3 of the same one(so judges can sample and at least one be on display)
everything on cupcake must be edible.
one thing i learned from past at fair must hold up to heat(it gets warm in the expo center where it is held.
i also plan on doing 3 cakes-holiday(not sure which one or what), decorated theme(burger and fries), childs bday(zoo)
and a pie(not sure yet which one either)
and fresh salsa(i have this one covered)
any ideas would be very helpful thanks
