i've been canning

and so far i've canned  all day and so far i've has canned 7 quarts of apple pie filling, 4 quarts of tomato sauce and 2 8oz jars of tomato sauce, 9 pints of peaches and 5 8oz jars of watermelon jam and i still have a bag of peaches and pears to can as well i'll do that tonightthe other day i did 24 jars of pears, 12 jars of apple sauce!

I have never had watermelon jam before.   We do not can.   My dad canned tons of berries over the summer for winter use.

i've never had it either but i found it on pinterest and thought i would try it :)

What do you use to make apple pie filling? I can't seem to find a recipe that doesn't use clear-jel!

 a few months ago I canned Waltermelon Jam, but it didn't set ( makes great sauces for ice cream) but how do you get yours to set?
