Making pie crust that is. So far it's been okay. I had some trouble with rolling the dough out but I got it after adding a little more flour to my rolling pin and using my pizza cutter (it's one of those ones like they use at Pizza Hut) as a scraper to get it off my counter. After I got it into the pan, I realized that I let the top crust sit out so I had to put it back in the fridge. :( I may just make the pie tomorrow.

yeah the point is ice cold butter and not overworking it so it comes out nice and flaky.  dont forget to add an egg or milk wash for a nice golden top as well!
