Making pie crust that is. So far it's been okay. I had some trouble with rolling the dough out but I got it after adding a little more flour to my rolling pin and using my pizza cutter (it's one of those ones like they use at Pizza Hut) as a scraper to get it off my counter. After I got it into the pan, I realized that I let the top crust sit out so I had to put it back in the fridge. :( I may just make the pie tomorrow.
