I made these because I got Andes Candies mint chips on sale and had a box of cake mix in the cupboard!

1 box Pillsbury Moist Deluxe Devil's Food cake mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup cooking oil

2 TBS water

1 cup chips. I used Andes white chocolate/pepperment "candy cane" chips

Preheat oven to 350. Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and water until batter forms. Mix in chips. Drop by tablespoons on cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 9 to 12 minutes.

I love cake mix cookies, but I usually avoid those mint chips as I think they taste waxy. How did they taste in the end?

I love these type cookies! I make the red earth chocolate ones, and add 2 T. of sugar. They are so good & easy!
