Sticky Lemon Chicken

zest of 1 lemon

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

2 tbsp honey

2 medium garlic cloves, minced or 2 tep from a jar

1 tsp dried basil

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 pound)

In a small bowl, wisk first 5 ingredients; set aside. In a 10 in skillet, heat evoo over medium heat; add chicken breasts and saute each side for 3 minutes. Pour lemon mixture over chicken breasts and continue to cook 5- 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. baste chicken with glaze from pan.

serve with steamed broccoli and wild rice. Yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What does evoo mean?

Otherwise it sounds pretty tasty.  I've made mango chicken and orange chicken food stuff before but not just lemon.
