Free promotion for all businesses, recipes, and shopping tips

Hello Cafemom friends,

I have a blog/site (www.scienceofshopping.com) that I need to ramp up for 2009 and I would like to promote your business, recipes, and shopping tips for free.

For businesses:  Please send me approx 500 words (more or less) about your self and your business and why you love what you do.  I will provide you with a link to your posting that you can share with others.  I will also provide a permanent link to your website, on my site roll, if you are a confirmed subscriber on my site.  Business links will be in order of first come first serve.

For recipes:Please submit a recipe on any food subject and I will provide you with a link to your posting.  I will separate each type of recipe by keywords so it will be cataloged for easy access.  You will be able to comment on each recipe with constructive/positive comments (no Drama). After the first 75 submissions, I will pick a winner out of the top ten with most positive comments. Sorry this contest will only be open to subscribers and US residents only (for prize delivery purposes).  The prize will be a Gift basket  approx $50 to $70 value. The winner and the prizes will be announced on the site and in my cafe mom group http://www.cafemom.com/group/savebigshopsmart. feel free to join. The contest will repeat itself for every 75 submissions.

For Shopping tips: You can submit shopping tips anytime to me on cafe mom or @ [e-mail].  I will post them and provide you with a link to the post.  Hopefully you can pick up great tips from other also. Everyone likes to save money.
