I was just looking at CafeMom's Daily Buzz and noticed they do a baby name of the week! Here is this weeks:

When one of my friends was deciding on names, she knew if the baby was a girl she would have a nature-inspired name, but if it was a boy he would be named after a musician.
She ended up having a girl and named her Summer. But Cash, after Johnny Cash, was the front-runner if she had a boy.
I wanted to "steal" the name for my boy, but my husband had other ideas.
Cash feels like an outlaw cowboy name to me -- I love it. But I do think of the Walk the Line singer and not about cash money.
Feels like a strong name, very masculine.
Jessica Alba's man's name is Cash Warren.
What do you think of the name Cash for a boy?
I don't really like using word names for the formal name. I like the name Cassius and then Cash could be a nn option. I think it is nice to give your child options. Just in case they really don't like their name they would use a nn or their middle name. My sister for example hates...and I mean HATES her formal first name so she goes by a nn. We really only call her by her formal name when we are teasing her because it annoys her so much. Haha.

I am not a fan--I like the idea of honoring Johnny Cash, but never-the-less, it sounds like currency to me!
