I really like it, the sound is fabulous and it has so much potential...
BUT...
...aren't you kind of asking for trouble naming your baby Tempest?? You'll get a tumultuous child, all for the sake of sound (since I cannot imagine a positive spin for choosing this name besides "sounds cool").
Maybe she will defy the name and become sweet and bookish and soft-spoken, but in that scenario a name like Tempest would be a burden.
