ok Hubby and I have agreed on Bridget Mary, I think it's a pretty name but I prefer the spelling Brighid and says NO WAY ... so I gave in. the only thing is I think Bridget sounds simple next to my twin girls names

Rhiannon Nora and Carys Ann ... so I have been tossing around the name Enid Mary (I just can't get this name out of my head)

so my question is

Colleen

mommy to

Rhiannon Nora & Carys Ann (6/9/06) and Bridget Mary (due to arrive 8/28/08)

my twins have taught me 2 things, 1) I don't know anything and 2) I can do anything

I don't think that Bridget sounds plain. I prefer the spelling Brighid, too, because it feels Norse-y and powerful, but I still think Bridget is a lovely name.

I have never met an Enid before, but I I kinda like it. Enid.

Good Luck!!

thank you for the vite and comment ... I gave in and her name is Bridget (hubby's choice) I still so very much LOVE Brighid (for pretty much the same reason you mentioned) ... when I mention Enid I get so many scrunched up faces ...
