My 14 year old dd just told me she is pregnant! SHIT! SHITSHITSHIT! I had hoped that by open and honest with her all these years and supportive and doing everything to educate her about sex and protection that she would avoid this.
I always thought that I would be more understanding and more supoortive and would take any news like this in stride but, she just fucking 14!!!!
She says they used protection...she says he never pressured her, that she chose to sleep with him.
She has already told me that she wants my support to schedule an abortion...a decision that I fully support.
I SO hoped that whe would avoid my mistakes that she would follow a path better than mine...but at least I am supportive of her whereas my mom was NOT of me.
She told me that she wants to sit the whole family down this evening and tell all of her sisters and my dh (not her dad) and wants them all to know what is happening.
