 All of our nieces &  nephews are getting a book, & our own kids are getting books as well.

Crystal, have you read any of the Nate books? I was thinking about starting my son on those, too. They look cute, but I don't know what they are about.

My daughter is getting a few books.  She's 2, so they are board books.

Austin read the first one and likes to own collection, so I got that one for him.  he said anyone who likes Diary of a Wimpy kid will like big Nate.  I read some stuff in the book, just glnacing through.  I think it is a cross between captain underpants and wimpy kid.  There are a lot of funny and gross, but clean, jokes and sayings, that boys ages 7-12 would probably like.
