Here you go! This is the one I use.....Enjoy!

Easy Creamy Sour Cream Chicken Casserole

Servings:  4

Ingredients:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled and cubed

1 cup sour cream

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (mushroom can be substituted)

25 Ritz crackers

1/2 cup butter, melted

salt and pepper

Directions:

1 Preheat oven to 350°F.

2 Boil chicken breast until tender; drain and cube.

3 Spread evenly over the bottom of a square casserole dish.

4 Salt and pepper to taste.

5 Mix sour cream and chicken soup in a separate bowl.

6 Spread the sour cream and soup mixture over the chicken in the casserole dish.

7 Crush the Ritz crackers and spread over top of the casserole.

8 Spoon melted butter on top over all.

9 Bake in a 350°F oven until top is golden brown, approximately 20-30 minutes.

HINTS -

- Double the soup and sour cream,

- Add a layer of cheese between the chicken and soup mixture

- Grill (or bake, or "stir-fry") the chicken with seasoning on it.

- Add baby peas or brocolli into the sour-cream/mushroom soup part, to add veggies!

-  Instead of Ritz - use Stove-top stuffing mix, chicken flavor.

Good luck and Enjoy!!!!
