Freezable breakfast ideas?

Hi ladies!  My name is Sadie, I'm new to the group =)

Do you have any recipes you'd like to share for breakfasts that can be frozen?  This will be for my husband, something I can make ahead and he can take out and put in the microwave before work...eggs, ham, bacon, sausage type stuff.  (he's not a muffin kinda guy)
