Hello and welcome to our new group for South West Florida Moms in Direct Sales. I wanted to start a local group to help us all network and share ideas etc. I hope having a bunch of us together in one place can be beneficial to us all in answering any questions we may have about working in the Direct Sales field while taking care of our families, how to make our shows more fun and make booking shows & finding business partners easier. Id also like to be able to have a central location to find out about local vendor shows, places we can set up to promote our business(es), a directory of local Independant Consultants for those times that someone asks "who do you know who sells......"
Please share this group with anyone you think could benefit from the wealth of knowledge a group of "like individuals" like ourselves can offer each other!
Please keep in mind that if the company you represent prohibits that you mention their name that you adhere to their policy and try to be as general in your description without breaking any rules! I believe people can contact you directly if they would like to know what company you are affiliated with without getting in trouble.....
If theres anything you'd like to recommend etc, please feel free to share with us! It would probably be a great idea to sign your posts with your name and the City you are located in so people can find someone close by if desired.. However, this is only a suggestion not manditory.
Lastly, Please don't spam other consultants and try to recruit them away from their company and over to yours. If someone is looking to make a switch or add a company to what they currently do, please allow them to locate you & contact you directly with any questions they may have unless they ask to be contacted in a post! Thanks so much for this courtesy!
