How much food??

 My son is 7 1/2 months. He still gets mostly breastfed. He gets about one jar or plastic thing of baby food (organic) a day usually and some Gerber grad. puffs. is he getting enough food? should i be feeding him three jars a day? two? and how much breastfeeding??

i dont intend to wean until he does...soo..? help.

Natural mothering need not be explained..

Since you're planning on extended breastfeeding, there's no rush to increase solids.  Actually, the more solids you introduce, the more baby is beginning to wean.  He will replace BF sessions with solid foods, and really, your BM is still nutritionally superior over all starter solids.  Your milk is capable of sustaining him alone until he's a year old.

He gets all he needs from you mamma!!!  He actaully does not need to eat other foods until a year old.  Right now is just practice!   Keep up the Breastfeeding!  IT is the best thing you can do for your child.
