19 month old MOTHER'S DAY OUT lunch ideas

My baby girl is starting Mother's Day Out next week.  On the paperwork, it advised not to pack messy items for lunch.  Uh oh!  All my daughter eats is spaghetti, pizza, chicken pot pie, soup, yogurt, mac n cheese, etc.  (these are messy items!)

So what do I pack for her lunch?  I guess she could "snack" for lunch on grapes, cheese, and crackers.  But I don't want my girl to starve all day.  She'll  just be there from 9:30-1:30, but still.  Any advice or ideas for lunch?  She's also not a big milk drinker. (but likes water)  She used to drink a pediasure every day, but lately she's not interested.

This is a tough one because I think my 14 1/2 month old can make anything a messy item! Lol! Will she eat bite-size piece of a sandwich? How about pieces of cooked chicken?

Today I cut up some ham and cheese and also provided grapes and potatoes au gratin and a pediasure.  Seemed to be okay.  She usually eats a lot of spaghetti at home, so this is a big change for her.
