I am stocking up on Pampers newborn diapers/size 1. Thats what a few people including my doctor said is a good brand to get. I am not sure about bottles....heard different things about that.

I use Avent bottles and they are amazing! Are you breastfeeding or just using formula?

Also pampers diapers are much better in my opinion then Huggies. We used Huggies and they leaked all the time.

I heard Avent was the best bottle brand then I heard like Dr.Brown was good also. I am still debating.

I love the pampers swaddlers cause the back is higher so you dont have as many blow outs lol i had to get premie sized for little guy but i have a pack of newborns for when he is big enough for them, as far as bottles, im still having to use the ones i got from the hospital cause his mouth is too small to grab on the a regular nipple that well

I'm pregnant too and have starting to stock up on supplies. I actually posted a question about which diapers were better on a different website and the majority liked Huggies better. I think I'm going to buy a little of both and see what I like. Are you going to use formula? Have you heard anything about what's good?

I recantly had a baby boy 3 months ago and pampers are a good brand especially the sensitive ones. and for bottle, we use the soothie bottles cause its just like the binkie and i breastfeed so he only has 2 nipples to get used to, we also just started trying a new brand called Nuby which is just like the breast and those are really nice too. My niece used Dr.Browns and they always leaked. Especially when they boiled them for sterilization instead of the dr. browns micro sterilizer.

i have Hughie's newborn just one pack because they grow out of them so fast and the another are pamper swaddlers I've never used them before but i hear good things about them also they smell soooo good.... and i only use Playtex drop-in bottles this will be my 3rd kid and that's all i ever used because they worked so well for the babies with gas and things like that also more convenient to me and my hubby!!!!

these cookies are simply the BEST!!!

I definatly reccomend Avent bottles. Dr. Browns are good but even the newborn nipple's flow is to fast and the baby ends up choking and coughing. As for diapers I have used newborn swaddlers with all 3 of mine. I can't stand the Huggies snug and dry. But if you do want to go with Huggies the supremes are great too. They are really soft and don't have as much of the perfumes in them as Pampers.

With both of my kids i used parents choice diapers (the store brand) and evenflow bottles. Yeah theyre the cheap ones, but they worked great. I just dont see spending alot of money on something that is gonna get shit on. Literally. Lol. Especially if it works just as good as the other brands. Or spending alot on something that is only gonna be used for about a year. Its the nipples on the bottles that matter. Not what the bottle looks like or how its shaped. I do use glass ones though because theyre guaranteed to have no chemicals in them. Good luck and congratulations!
