Simple Group Rules to Keep!
(1) No advertisements (spam).
(2) No bashing one another.
(3) Keep content clean (i.e., avatars, pictures, words).
(4) Keep content about healthy weightloss, fitness, and nutrition.
(5) No diet gimmicks are to be encouraged (i.e., HCG Diet, Lemonade Diet, Cabbage Soup Diet, etc..
(6) No eating disorders (i.e., bulimia, anorexia, or food addictions) are to be encouraged.
(7) Do not act like a know-it-all, especially if you are not educated in the field of fitness and nutrition.
(8) Motivate, encourage, and even inspire other group members.
(9) Participate if you feel comfortable.
(10) HAVE FUN!
