Body transformation contest

Everyone wants to improve their bodies in the New Year so let’s do it up!!

Requirements of the contest will be post your pictures, stats and measurements, I will make a posting of the example, your pictures need to include your legs and mid section so if you are shy wear shorts and pull your shirt up

Winners will be judged on total body changes including weight loss, inches lost and before and after photos.

There will be Prizes for 1st 2nd and 3rd place

1st Place winner- $50 Gift Card of your choice options are (GNC, Sports Authority, or Victoria Secret)

2nd Place winner- $25 Gift Card of your choice options are (ITunes, Victoria Secret, or bodybuilding.com)

3rd Place winner- New Rules of Lifting for women

Also to include the pregnant ladies or post partum ladies you can also participate in a side contest going on at the same time

Journal Contest

Whether we are expecting, trying to get back into a good workout pattern or trying to maintain your current level of fitness it is helpful to keep running tally of the food you eat and exercising you do, even if you have a cheat day, or a low impact workout day. 

Requirements of the journal contest- create a posting in the general discussion tab.  Label it as _____’s journal.  Come back and post every day, every week, however many times you want updating what you ate, what you did for a workout, what your goals for the week are, how you feel in your workouts etc… there is no limit to what you can journal about.  There will be one winner of the contest and it will be decided on who posts the most entries in their journal posts (excluding bumps)

Winner will receive their choice of a exercise ball with dvd, or kettle ball (5, 10 or 15lb) with dvd

I will try to have some other mini contests going on while the big contest is going on, the contest will be 8 weeks long starting on Friday, January 7th, and ending on Friday, March 4th.  This gives you one week to post your measurements stats and pictures, I will do a example post so you know what they should look like….

I hope by the end of the contest everyone has made the changes they desire, are a fitter version of themselves, and to hopefully get participation going again in the group… if you have any questions please let me know!
