Hey everyone my name is Megan. I am 27 and dealing with a few health problems. I'm looking to regain my health and loss weight so I can be with my kids for years. I am obese by 30-40lbs any good tips to get it off would be great! I walk daily and drink plenty of water and I have limited my calorie intake. The lbs seem to be piling on instead of going away. So any help would be great!

Hello! My name is Malisa. I am 40 years old. I am trying to lose wieght. I have made peace with the fact I will never be skinny but I want to be a healthy wieght. I have joined Planet Fitness. I plan on walking more. The two hardest things for me is drinking more water and cutting back on junk food.

Hello.. I'm Mary i'm  31  yrs  old  and im trying to  loss  the  30  pounds that i  gain when i got  pregnant  with  my  son... When  i had  my  son i gain the  30  pounds that  i  lost.. and  i was  lossing  weight  had  my  gallbladder remove  and  i  end up  gain a  little bit  weight  and  is like  the  more i try to  loss the  weight  is  not  working  i just  want to  loss  weight  so i can be healthy  and  fit  and be  a round  for my  family
