I have been at a plateau for a few weeks but I was so happy to see I broke through it this morning :) I'm officially at 50lbs lost since having my baby.. Although I'm skinnier then I was when I got pregnant ;) hurray!!
Monday's are always my rest days because I need rest from my weekend ha :)
Food:
B: 2 eggs 1 cup whites 3 fist fills spinach one slice organic whole grain toast
S: chobabi apple peanut butter
L: left over spaghetti made with spinach noodles and Brussel sprouts
S: protien shake & cliff bar (will be on the go with my daughters girl scout meeting) will be making homemade bars today for the rest of the week since those have a lot of sugar :(
D: lasagna made with slices of zucchini instead of pasta
