Do you Juice?

 Just got in to juicing and need some simple juice recipes. The only one I've tried is a Carrot, Celery, Beet Root & Orange Juice drink. It tastes pretty good and gives me lots of energy :) Looking for something else that does the same.

2 Carrots, 2 Celery Sticks, 1 Beet Root & 3 small oranges

I do!  Though I haven't too often as of late.  Thanks for the reminder!  Some of my favorite concoctions are:

(1) 1 cup pure almond milk, handful of kale, 6 baby carrots, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, whey protein powder, 1 tsp. coconut oil, and Stevia

(2) 1 cup pure almond milk, handful of spinach, 6 baby carrots, 1 small apple, casein protein powder, 1 tsp. coconut oil, and Stevia

I always try to balance my smoothies with some protein and dietary fats.  This keeps me full longer and provides the essential nutrients my body needs.

my go to shake is whey protien powder, frozen kale, apple, half avacado, and half a banana, I also usually ad some nut butter in to add to the healthy fat from the avacado :)
