Once again summer is aproaching and I would definetly like to drop a few pounds and tone up alot. So I have challenged myself to a 30 day healthy eating and exercise challenge.
Breakfast: 2 egg omleat with sweet peppers, onions, spinach and chicken breast and coffee with FV creamer.
Lunch: 3cups of mixed green salad, cherry tomatoes, chicken, dressing and water
snack: homemade protein bar. (Nat. pb, dry oatmeal, choc. protein powder, honey)
Dinner: 3 cups of mixed green salad, tomatoes, diced turkey & Ham, eggs, dressing. water
Very sore from half-marathon on Sunday and workout Tuesday so I did upper body lifting for 20min and ab.
