Eating is a GREAT thing!

I don't know if this has been posted yet but I wanted to throw it out there to anyone that does not know. It is good to eat small meals every 2.5 to 3 hours a day and the first meal should be within the first 1.5 to 1 hour of getting up in the morning. 

This helps keep your metabolism going through the day. That and drinking plenty of water to help flush toxins that build up in your body.
